#36 Finding Moments of Joy During Coronavirus Lockdown

Season 4, Episode 2: Finding Moments of Joy During Coronavirus Lockdown

We hope you liked the last episode. It was a bit of a departure for us, but now we’re going to get back to what we think we do best, which is sharing other people’s stories. In this case, their stories of social distancing and isolation.

Today, the Walking Dead actress Pollyanna McIntosh chooses joy over stress while sheltering in place in Los Angeles. "When I do feel overwhelmed by the enormitude of the pain and suffering that's going on out there from this thing, along with everything else, it can feel quite overwhelming in the chest," she says. "And I think where my mind always goes is, 'Well, do you want to add to that mass stress or do you want to put out some good vibes?' And good vibes, thank you, is the bloody answer." Let Polly be your guide to finding happiness in the small things right now.
